The two ladies saw the home, built by William Cameron and Co. at the open house last weekend. Another open house is scheduled this weekend. The open house was furnished by Field Furniture and Sattler Furniture Stores.

From San Marcos Record: Two cancer films – "Time and Two Women" & "From One Cell" were shown in the Wimberley School Auditorium March 7th. Sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Mrs. Horace Crumley, chairman of the Education Committee of the Hays County unit of the American Cancer Society and Dr. Rugel F. Sowell, Jr. president of the American Cancer Society were present for a question & answer session following the showing of the films.

From San Marcos Record: Liquid Love was the order of the day this past weekend as Mr. and Mrs. Bob Smith celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary underwater at Aquarena. The two were married in the same setting March of 1954. The cake wasn't soggy, it was made of Plaster of Paris.
