Westwood Furniture Factory (Image 1960-297_021)

From San Marcos Record: The huge Westwood Factory will soon be filled with machinery, workers, and furniture as the company moves in this week. This shot shows the tremendous floor space of the building that will be traversed by workers on motorized golf carts. At left are packages of cotton that will be used in the upholstery of the ranch style furniture. About 250 workers are expected to start work at the plant next week, with about 350 expected on the payroll by fall. From the June 23, 1960, issue.
