The Record cameraman made a quick run around the square at 9:30 am Tuesday, July 4 and found the above condition. There was one flag on Hutcherson Street. two were on the southside (one shown here with Mike Pappas looking on the colors in front of his father's café, one flag was displayed on the east side of the square.
