From San Marcos Record: The last four leadership sessions for leaders of Girl Scouts were held Thursday in the fellowship hall of the Christian Church. The first session was held in San Marcos earlier in the season and the other two were held in Seguin and New Braunfels. Instructors here to teach the course were Mrs. Alma Harris, second from left, and Mrs. Lois Stockwell (fourth from left), both Girl Scout professionals from the Austin Girl Scout Headquarters. Mrs. Stockwell is the District Girl Scout Executive for this area. Leaders are (from left) Mrs. Jane Baker, New Braunfels, Mrs. Alfred Rheinlander, Mrs. Ray Avey and Mrs. E. M. Dietz.
