Description
From San Marcos Record: Used clothing is needed by many destitute families in Hays County, and the San Marcos Jaycees have cooperated with the Hays County Welfare Association to help find the clothing needed. Here Jaycee President Ronald Becker, on the right, and Tommy Shires, on the left, watch Andy Anderson prepare to get rid of his worn hat. Used clothing can be dropped into the box by motorists on the north side of the square. William Cameron Company furnished the paint for the box, and Kipple's furnished the poster board.
