Photograph of children in costume. From San Marcos Record: "Bill Pennington (in top hat) and Nelda Pennington, children of Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Pennington came in clown garb to the Kiwanis Kids Day Parade held Saturday, September 27, 1952. After the parade and presentation of the awards, the kids were treated to a free movie at the Palace Theater." From October 3, 1952 issue.
