Photograph of plane flying during an airshow over Thompson Field at Thompson Airport, located at 1807 Airport Dr, San Marcos, TX 78666. The "Hell Divers Air Show" presented an afternoon of aerial acrobatics and stunt flying at the government airport located off of Martindale Road on Sunday, March 8, 1936. Billed as "the most daring and spectacular aggregation of air circus performers in the nation", the group presented a full program of aerial events. March 6, 1936
