From San Marcos Record: Beth Ellis practicing in extemporaneous speaking, a talent which has taken her twice to state and earned her a second place rating this year. Beth spoke on the question "What are the reasons for anti-American sentiment in foreign countries." The state competition was held Saturday May 4th on the University of Texas campus.
