Description
From San Marcos Record: Small but significant were strands of broken electrical and telephone lines that lay sagging from poles in the area. Repairmen working around the clock soon had most of the systems back in operation, however, LCRA estimated damages to their facilities at $10,000 to $15,000 in the San Marcos area.
