Description
From San Marcos Record: Educated guesses ranged greatly in size as members of the Chamber of Commerce's Conservation Tour tried to figure out how many cubic yards of earth would be used to build the dam at site seven on York Creek. Such contests as this added spice to the tour as area farmers, ranchers, and businessmen took a look at the York Creek improvements.
